Dollar for dollar, the Northwest Foodservice Show provides bang for the buck. Trade show booths are competitively priced in comparison to other similarly sized regional restaurant & foodservice industry events in other parts of the country.

Booth Type & Location Determines Price
Variations in booth costs depends on booth type and location on the show floor. Corner booths are at a premium and allow exposure from two aisles, while in-line booths are down the aisle and have other exhibitor booths adjacent to them. The Northwest Foodservice Show uses a zoned show floor with "A", "B" and "C" sections. "A" sections are those closest to entry and exit doors or are near premier show attractions such as the chef demonstration stage. As such, they are expected to generate slightly higher foot traffic. "B" sections are a bit further in on the show floor, and the "C" section is the rear perimeter.
Two Ways to Save $$ on your Booth Space Reservation!
- Membership Pays - Are you a member of Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association or Washington Restaurant Association? Association members save $100 off the cost or each 10’x10’ booth reserved on the show floor up to a maximum of $500. (10’x20’ booths count as two booths). Not presently a member? No problem! Become a member at any time prior to the show and we’ll apply your discount retroactively.
- Multi-Booth Discounts - Go large and save more. Discount rates as a percentage of your booth cost increase in direct relation to your booth space reserved. The more you invest, the more you save!

Important: Please note that mandatory booth carpet and optional utilities and booth furniture are not included. Exhibitor may rent carpet or provide their own, but must have floor covering.
