Having started in 1994 in a tiny space sub-leased from a tavern, Diamond Knot has come a long way in their 15-plus years. Years of steady, calculated growth has led Diamond Knot to own the aforementioned tavern (now their flagship alehouse), two additional full-service restaurants, and a large production brewery. Diamond Knot’s fine handcrafted beers can be found both on draught and in bottles in select alehouses, restaurants and grocery outlets throughout the Puget Sound region.

Elysium Brewing Company, Seattle, Washington

Silver City Brewery, Silverdale, Washington
Founded by brothers Steve & Scott Houmes, and along with Kitsap local Don "Big Daddy" Spencer, a home brewer of 30 years and a professional brewer of 15 years, Silver City Brewery opened in 1996 and soon developed their own complete line of beers including the award winning Fat aka “Fat Bastard” Scotch Ale, Ridgetop Red Ale, Gold Mountain Pilsner, and Old Scrooge Christmas Ale. They recently expanded to their 2nd location, further expanding their capacity and plans to continue to grow to meet increasing demand in the Washington area.
